Noida: Recently, the real estate sector witnessed the 3rd edition of ‘Indian Realty Awards 2014’. The gala award night was held at Noida (U.P). Indian Realty Awards started in 2012 to recognise the people who have contributed during the unprecedented growth of Indian Real Estate. Every year the organising committee recognises people/organisations that have performed well in the realty sector. The evening was marked by the presence of eminent personalities like Mr. Kalraj Mishra, Union Cabinet Minister & also the chief guest for the evening and Mr. Mahesh Sharma, Member of Parliament and many other such dignitaries. DLF, Jaypee, Gaursons, Gulshan Homz, Cosmic Group, MMC, JMD, VVIP, JD Infra, RG group etc. were amongst the prominent developers who also attended the award ceremony. Awards were presented in different categories for the industry, developers, professionals and projects. Honourable Union Minister Mr Kalraj Mishra presented the awards to the winners.
NCR realty major, Gulshan Homz grabbed two awards in the builder’s category. Once again the company’s quality of work and ethical practices was recognised by earning them the award for the ‘Trusted Builder Of The Year’ and the ‘Best Developer Of The Year (CSR)’ awards. The company has been widely known for its social activities that it performs on a regular basis; from providing education to unfortunate ones to conducting medical camps and much more on a regular basis. At the same time, the company has been diligently working to enhance the quality of living of its customers by providing them supreme quality flats with jaw dropping amenities.
Feeling proud and honoured by receiving the awards, Mr. Deepak Kapoor, Director, Gulshan Homz said “Real estate is a sector which is working directly for the cause of the public. Every developer’s prime focus is to deliver projects that fulfil the desires of the customers with no compromise in the quality and commitment. With this, trust and credibility is generated in the market and we are feeling extremely happy that we are getting awarded in this category. Also, we believe that providing homes is possible only for those who can afford it but we have to also look into the needs of those who are unlucky monetarily. For that, we stress a lot on providing education and health facilities to the labour working at the sites and we are feeling very glad that IRA recognised this part of our work as well”.
