GULSHAN HOMZ: STRENGTHENING HEALTH CARE AMONG LABOURS

Noida: NCR realty major Gulshan Homz conducted a series of specialized health camps exclusively for their construction site labourers and workers on their both projects Gulshan Vivante and Gulshan Ikebana located at Sec-137 and Sec-143 Noida respectively.

A casual labour must earn a day’s wage to feed his family. Health doesn’t become a priority for them because of such financial crunch. Thus, it is important to take care of the labour in order to make them more effective and efficient at work.

Keeping the same in mind, Gulshan Homz had organized general medical camp under its corporate social responsibility. A team of doctors visited both construction sites and conducted medical camps there. The camps were initiated with the aim to strengthen primary health care among the labours and their families. The free checkup was followed by the distribution of free medicines for fever, vomiting, worms and other such numerous problems which are kept untreated. This activity is not confined for one day only as Gulshan Homz has aimed to make it a regular process followed by the check up from Eye specialists, Pediatricians, Dentists, Gynaecologists, Physiotherapists and doctors from various other fields.

In view to this, Mr. Deepak Kapoor, Director, Gulshan Homz said, “We have a responsibility towards the customers, public, employees as well as labours.
