Noida: JM Housing’s recently delivered project, JM Orchid had been into limelight since it offered its possession on time in the month of February early this year in spite of all the rumoured lack of demand and slowdown in the real estate sector. And now it seems that it is on a row to be a name to reckon with as few days ago, Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) had certified that JM Orchid has successfully achieved the green building standards required for the IGBC Green Homes Gold certification under the IGBC Green Homes Rating System.

Such structures not only promote sustainability but are more efficient and provide better return on cost after few years. Looking at the project, JM Orchid with its attractive features is located in Sector 76 Noida. The project is surrounded by residential area and is in close proximity to IT and institutional areas like sector 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63 and 64, thus enhancing the rental and appreciation prospect in near future.

It has been an amazing performance from the developer’s side to deliver on the promised time and now able to get a Green Homes certified rating for the same project. The project was launched and commenced in the year 2010 at a BSP of Rs. 2,700 per sq. ft. Due to such prime location and features offered today’s selling price has risen to more than double the price at launch; now Rs. 5,500 per sq. ft.
